Founded in 2017 at the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business, ASIB's purpose is to guide students to find personal & academic success in the business world through professional resources & strong community support.
ASIB provides professional resources in the forms of workshops, panels & dialogues to develop and achieve students' academic and career interests. Through culture-based social events, ASIB strives to foster community among A/PIA students interested in business and spread awareness throughout campus.

Interested in becoming an ASIB mentor/mentee? Our mentorship program pairs underclassmen with a junior/senior mentor based off interests and potential career paths. You'll be able to turn to your mentor for extra guidance as you navigate your personal and professional development journeys. Your mentor is there to be a friend and a resource you can turn to!
