PILLARS

What do we stand for?
ASIB was formed on the basis of three Pillars. We believe the three Pillars are essential to the wellbeing and development of all of our members. 

PROFESSIONAL

ASIB offers professional development workshops, career panels, dialogues, networking events, and other programming for our members. These are meant to help and encourage our members to improve in their career paths and get advice from upperclassmen and professionals. 

SOCIAL

Our Membership and Mentorship chairs organize social events, a mentorship program, and service events to foster connections within ASIB, the school community, and beyond. ASIB strives to create community among our members and with the campus and city as a whole.

CULTURAL

Culture-based events with ASIB are aimed to spread awareness of the Asian/Pacific Islander American (A/PIA) community. We organize events that showcase A/PIA talent and culture, encouraging members to connect and learn about others' cultures.
